TERMS & CONDITIONS:
Check in time is from 14h00 – 17h00. Late check-ins to be arranged prior to arrival. Check-in after 20h00 will incur a surcharge of R100.
Departure time is no later than 10h00.
Bookings will automatically be cancelled if deposit (50% of total cost) is not received ten days prior to arrival.
The deposit confirms your booking and the outstanding cost must be paid within five days prior to arrival.
Deposits are non-refundable in the event of a cancellation, or ‘non-arrival’.
If the booking is made within five days of arrival, the entire accommodation cost must be paid.
No persons other than those quoted for, are permitted to share the accommodation.
All buildings are smoke free zones.
Please note, this is a residential area. Noise levels to be kept to a minimum after 21h00.
No pets allowed.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Less than 7 days, forfeit the full payment
From 7 to 14 days, forfeit 75% of the payment
From 14 to 21 days, forfeit 50% of the payment
From 21 to 29 days, forfeit 25% of the payment
30 Days or more, forfeit 10% of the payment
